what exactly is esfj?
ESFJ is one of 16 possible results from MTBI personality tests. It stands for Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging. Most other times I have taken the test have been INFJ, INTF, INFP. I is for introverted, N is for intuition, T is for thinking, P is for perceiving. Do a search for "The personality page" it has some fairly good descriptions.
